Show summary of article on homepage of blog

  I need some help for my blog below: http://mondodelte.wordpress.com

  I just started this blog and I would like to know if there is some general setting to show only a summary of each article on the homepage. Currently, the homepage shows my full article.

  By the way, ff this is related to the theme that I select, could someone suggest some other themes which uses summary style for each blog post shown on the homepage?
