Show URL when scrolling over links?

  Is there a way to make it so that when people scroll over the hyperlinks in my blog, they can see the URL for the link? I’ve seen this on other blogs, and I was wondering if it was possible in WordPress.

  OK, I figured it out. You just paste the url into the title field as well.
