Showing a Post on a Page

I have a website and I need to update my “Available Positions” quite frequently so I created a category under Posts and use that to update. The page is a sub page under our “Join Our Team” main page (this link works great). My question is, how do I show the “Available Positions,” which is a category, on the side menu, which currently only shows the other two sub pages under the main “Join Our Team” section.
