Showing Comments for 2013 Theme

  Comments only appear if the post title is clicked, or the “reply” is clicked. We’d like to have comments show directly underneath the post to encourage interaction at the entry point. And maybe even change the size of comments so more fit.

  Is there a CSS design fix?

  Please advise.

  Most themes are designed this way, and you can’t change it: CSS has to do with how a theme looks, not how it works.
  The only wordpress.com theme that works they way you’d like is P2.
