Showing HTML instead of theme

  I’m trying to preview themes, but it’s showing me a bunch of HTML rather than the theme (see screenshot: https://drive.google.com/file/d/12NPATI5zAf4afjfBzrK9bRVzqqBHQWcS/view?usp=sharing) What should I do? Thank you!

  Hi there!

  From your screenshot, I see that you’re using a WordPress.org site hosted by WPEngine. We can help with WordPress.com sites on this forum. There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

  Please contact your theme support so they can give you some pointers. I think there might be some plugins that need to be installed for the theme to look right. But I can’t know for sure.

  You can also post on the WordPress.org support forum for help with your site, as that is the correct place to get help with WordPress.org sites.
