Showing multiple posts

  My blog currently only shows one post only with a link to previous posts. How do I change that so that I can see the last 3 with links to “previous”?

  My Current Settings–> Reading is set to show 10 but I am only seeing 1.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I see three posts on your main page.
