Showing only first xx lines of posts in Andreas09

  I am very new to all this!
  How can I make my blog show only the first say 20 lines of every post and then a link to the full post plus comments?
  I am using the Andreas09 layout. If there is a layout that contains this feature, and saves me having to bother with code, I would use it.
