Showing picture in Avatar (Gravatar)

My gravatar (avatar) shows up as a green geometerical shape. I have downloaded a picture to use, but most of the time it uses the green shaped one. What must I do to have my picture show? Do I need to purchase the full package?

I saw that you had loaded an image in your site settings, but either you didn’t click the save button at the bottom of the page, or the function just didn’t work when you attempted it. I did click save for you, and now I’m seeing your lovely face where it belongs. For instance, this is how your blog’s tab appears in my browser:

I am using this option to contact you because I don’t know how to contact you otherwise.
I am having problems with my subscriptions. I am not receiving some of the subscriptions that I have subscribed to by email. One of these is The Daily Post.
Also, I am receiving comment emails from some of the blogs I am subscribed to but am not subscribed to receiving their comments.
Am I being denied access to The Daily Post or some of the blogs I am not receiving my subscriptions to?

Robyn, I tried to get into “WordPress Support” from Google and WordPress is not recognizing my User Name, or my Email or my Password. I don’t know what to do.
Today, I changed my theme to Big Brother and a person by the name of Joy Fuller is showing up on my sidebar. I don’t know why she is on my blog. My name is Priceless Joy.
Also, I need to know how I can get my font on my header of my theme to be solid black as it is gray and I can hardly see it.
Your help will be much appreciated. I would have gone into the HELP / Support but it is not recognizing me as a WordPress user. Thank you!!

Today, I changed my theme to Big Brother and a person by the name of Joy Fuller is showing up on my sidebar.
When I visit http://pricelessjoy.co/, I don’t see the name Joy Fuller in your sidebar. I suspect I’m not looking at the same page that you are. Could you please send me a link to it, as well as take a screenshot for me, so I can view the issue as you’re seeing it?
You can simply upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there.

Instead of logging in on the support page, can you simple log into http://WordPress.com and then visit the support page? You won’t have to log in again.
Also, I need to know how I can get my font on my header of my theme to be solid black as it is gray and I can hardly see it.
This color can be adjusted be changing the CSS code in your site’s theme. I can provide the code for you.
If you’d like to give this a try, click THIS LINK to go to your site’s Customizer. Then, click CSS in your right-hand menu. In the CSS Revisions box, please paste the following underneath all existing text:
.site-title a, .site-title a:visited, .site-description {
color: #000;
}Then Save your changes.
You may find a black font to be equally troublesome when it comes to readability. If you’d like to try white instead, replace #000 in the code I gave you to #fff.
That should do the trick!

Hi Robyn! Thank you for your help. After I sent you the note, I went back into my customize widgets and I had my widget set as: pricelessjoy.wordpress. So I thought I would take off the .wordpress. When I did this, the name of Joy Fuller disappeared.
I went into CSS and made the changes that you suggested. It turned my header font to Black. Evidently I am not doing something right. I may have to go back in and try again. Right now I have to go get my blood tested so I will try again when I get home. Again, thank you!!

I had to have done something wrong. My blog front was half yellow. Haha. So I deleted the the line that i pasted in and my header font turned from black and back to grey. Then, I changed the header completely and the font color I got with the new one was white. ( ?!) Anyway, problem is solved.
