Showing Recent Changes

  I would like to show a list of recent updates (to pages and posts).
  The Recent Posts widget only covers posts.
  Could we have a plug in that covers both?
  This seems to do it https://wordpress.org/plugins/recent-changes/

  Or is there some way I can do this now?

  I only have a blog on wordpress.com so I can’t use that or any other plug in (can I?)
