Showing sub-pages (blogs) on Parent page
-
I am trying to create a “review” page for equipment review blogs that I will write. Under them I have a few different categories. I would like for the parent “review” page to simply display the content in reverse chronology from the 3 sub-pages, which are actually posts. How do I do that?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You have Reviews in your menu, with Shoes, Equipment, and Races as submenu items.
Reviews is a Category Page, and the other three links are pointing to an individual post.
Instead, you’ll want to use Category Pages for all of them.
If you look under My Site > Settings > Writing, you’ll find a Categories option. Open that up.
To the right of each category, there are three dots to open it’s option. Let’s start with Races. Click the three dots, then click Edit.
Use the menu that opens to select Reviews as the parent category.
Repeat for the other two (Equipment and Shoes).
Now your Category structure is in place! When you write a review, put it into the appropriate category (Shoes, Equipment, or Races) using the Categories & Tags section of the editor. You can also put it in Reviews, but you don’t have to. It’s the parent category so it’ll be included automatically.
Next – the menu.
Visit My Site > Customize > Menus. Choose Primary Menu.
Open and remove Shoes, Equipment, and Races. Then, add them again, but be sure to select them from the Categories section after you click on Add Items.
Drag them into place below Reviews and shift them to the right a bit to make a submenu. Save & Publish and you should be good to go!

Thank you chad1008! I used your instructions and it worked perfectly. One other question:
I have a few other Blog-type pages labeled “Blog” and “Training”. Will posts in each of these automatically show up on the Home page as a “recent blog”? I would like all recent posts (last 5 or 7) regardless of category (Blog, Training, or Review) to show up on the Home page and then also have the option for visitors to go to specific post types through the Menu.Does that make sense?

You’re welcome!
That is all correct, yes. Your Posts Page (currently your site’s front page) will show all blog posts, from all categories. Then the individual Category Pages will show just the posts that belong to them. :)
