Showing the excerpt instead of the full post.

  Does anyone know how I get only the excerpt of each blog post to show on the home page instead of the full article? I have written excerpts for both articles already on the home page but they dont appear. Instead, as you can see, the entire post appears. I want only the ecerpt and blog post title to appear on the home page so that you have to click on the title of each blog post in order to see the full post?

  I am using the Connections Theme at the moment and don’t know whether using this theme will not allow me to do the above?

  Would really appreciate some help with this?

  The Excerpt works with a few themes only – see here:

  The Excerpt function

  You need to use the more tag, as husdal already showed; pay close attention to the notes on formatting issues.
