Showing the time in my posts.

When I make a new post to my blog it will show the date of the post but not the time, How do i get the time of a post to show as well as the date ?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I found Setting>General>Time Format have time
But not sure this is the place to show time

Hello there,
Only some themes show the timestamps on posts. Apparently you chose one that doesn’t. You have two options.
(1) Type in the time on each post.
(2) Switch to a theme that has this feature. Here’s a not up to date list link
