Shows no sites created when I sign in however the site is payed for and online.

I created a WordPress account and a website mid last year. However when I signed in this evening for the first time in a year, it says that I have zero billing information and not sites, I paid a substantial amount of money for my domain name and website for 4 years and now the website exists but its as if I never created it and I can’t edit or even view it in my dashboard. Very dissatisfied with the service so far.

you have probably logged into another account. What is the address of the site you’re trying to access?

I don’t think its possible that its another account as I only ever created one and the password works. The address of the site is theworldwidewalkabout.com

theworldwidewalkabout.com is not a WordPress.com site.
That site uses the open source version of WordPress, and you’re hosting it with Bluehost.com. So you’re paying Bluehost for the domain and hosting of that site, and that site has no connection at all to WordPress.com.
Please log into your account at Bluehost instead to see your billing history related to that site.

I managed to get the issue resolved via Bluehost, however I’ve stumbled on another problem, I tried to change my domain name and in doing so I can no longer get into the dashboard of my WP. I type http://www.worldwidewalkabout.com/wp-admin and it opens up a on an error page. I tried getting into my cPanel in Bluehost to solve the issue but it won’t let me log in, is there anything else that can be done to get back to my dashboard of WP?

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
