shrinking images

  Hello,

  When I go to my website on a tablet (surface/ipad) my images shrink until they disappear! I also received a call from a customer, that the the same thing was happening on his computer. He was using internet explorer, but was not able to tell me what version of windows he has.

  I don’t know where to begin searching for the solution.
