Shrinking Space between "Primary Menu" and "Widgets"

On the “Twenty Fifteen” style, I want to decrease the space between the menu and widgets I insert underneath, but I’ve struggled finding the appropriate section of the CSS.
I’ve tried using the developers’ tools in chrome to identify the aspect of the CSS that causes this spacing.

(I modified the sheet at line 4420 to reduce the heading spacer successfully, but I’m failing to find something similar within the secondary bar)

Never mind, I found the solution in the HTML (via developer tools) under the “nav” section and finding the appropriate CSS.
