  What is th eprocess for shutting down this blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Best to choose the option to make it private.

  You can bulk delete all the posts and comments:
  Select posts, pages, comments and choose bulk edit delete.
  or have staff do it:
  https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/empty-blog-rather-than-delete?replies=5
  Then you can make it private.

  Or you can delete your blog, but it will be gone forever (a very long time, considering you might change your mind someday…)
