Shutting down a site

  Hi, we have just discovered this site (https://fabarconstructions.wordpress.com/) has been set up a by an employee that has since left the comapny. We have no idea how to access it to shut it down. We have access to the domain fabarconstructions.com.au if that helps prove ownership. Thanks
