shutting down acount

  I have another account using wordpress; a website that is hosted by Bluehost if I shut down this obsolete account will I still be able to access my website?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, you can delete your site by following this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  You can achieve the same thing by closing your account https://en.support.wordpress.com/close-account/ as long as you don’t need the account for activating the jetpack plugin by Automattic.
