shutting down site

    Hi,

    I have moved my ecommerce site from woocommerce back to shopify, I would like to run a report over all historic orders to hold onto for record keeping, but am unable to access the backend of the site?

    I also need to make sure all plugin subscriptions are ceased.

    If the site was hosted with WordPress.com, can you tell us the domain of the original WordPress site please. It would be something like, example.WordPress.com.

    The reason why I ask is if the site is hosted with another provider, you may need to reach out to them to see if there’s a back up of the site.

    I’m going to assume you mean Dreamhost. If that was the case, you would need to contact them for help.

    It looks like you used Jetpack at one point, but I don’t see any paid Jetpack upgrades tied to your account, so you should be fine there. Since it sounds like you have an eCommerce site, you might have some WooCommerce subscriptions. You should log into your account there to make sure and cancel any upgrades if needed:

    We would not have any information for any other plugins you may have used and may have had a subscription for, so you would need to ask Dreamhost what other plugins you were using and you can contact each plugin developer separately if they have a paid upgrade whether or not your site had a subscription.

    Otherwise we cannot access files or data for sites that were hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
