  Can anyone suggest how i can remove the archives and meta date from my sidebar please?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello!

  You should be able to do that by going to:
  Dashboard–>Appearance–>Widgets.
  Select the widgets you want removed and drag them off to the side. By doing so you will deactivate the widget and it will no longer appear on your site.

  I can’t see a sidebar on any of your posts so far, but if your theme shows default widgets when your widget areas are empty you can stop that from happening by adding a blank text widget.
