Side Bar Disappears when logged in

  My side bar shows for a few seconds, and then it disappears. I tried another theme, but the same problem exists (I’m using Chaotic Soul). I refreshed, and I cleared my cache, but the problem persists when I’m logged in. If I visit my blog not logged in – when I’m a guest – this problem does not happen.
