Side Column

Few questions.. I need to figure out how to get the side column where when you click on a month it shows the posts for that month? Also, I don’t want my posts to be on separate pages.. I’d like for them to be in order.. how do I do that? what is the best way to get pictures into my blog?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

1. Appearance > Widgets > add Archives widget.
2. You only have one post. Once you publish more posts, they’ll show up in your front page the one above the other, ten per page (if you haven’t changed the setting in Settings > Reading).
3. Upload from your computer via the “Add an Image” button of the post or page editor.

I have 2 posts.. at the top.. the T-48 hours post is my second.. the post that you see on the front page is the first.. I want the t-48 hours to post either above or below the starbucks post. Am I making sense? I don’t know the lingo :(

The T-48 is a page, not a post. You can copy its content, go to Posts > Add New, paste, publish, then go to Pages > Edit and delete the page.

Could you tell how I make Categories on the side bar that go month by month? Also, how do I change my picture? Thank You!

Posts by month: Archives Widget. Posts by category: Categories widget.
If by “picture” you mean the one that shows up here, go to My Account > Edit Profile > Change your Gravatar. Better use an image that will need no cropping, i.e. 128×128 px. If it doesn’t work, go directly to gravatar.com.
