side menu just started showing up at the bottom – modularity lite theme

I have been using a Graph Paper Press Modularity Lite theme for a short period of time. In till now everything has been fine. Today the side menu started to appear at the bottom of the home page on mozilla. All other pages run fine, just the home page has issues. I was hoping someone might be able to tell me how to fix this.
