  @lerysaktiramba, it sounds like you’re probably not referring to lerysaktiramba.wordpress.com since you can’t create a custom theme for that site without upgrading, but do let us know if that’s your intent.

  These forums are for the free sites using our managed hosting service, which can be quite different from running your own WordPress installation at another host.
