Sidebar and Widgets Font size

Hello I have been scrolling through my website for a few hours and I just cannot figure out how to make the font on my sidebar and widgets smaller. Where can I go to change this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there –
You’ll need to use some CSS to change that font size.
For example, you can try the following to reduce the paragraph text in the sidebar:
.sidebar p { font-size: 12px; }You’d adjust the number there until it looks how you want it to.
For the widget titles, try (again, adjusting the number):
