  please guide me that how can i change the whole sidebar background color where my widgets are placed.

  You cannot change the sidebar color on any theme here unless:
  (1) The theme is coded to provide sidebar color options. See: Inuit Types theme.

  (2) You have CSS editing experience and purchase and annually renewable upgrade and change it. http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/
