Sidebar content no longer appearing on my home page

    Using Andreas 04 because its “About” page appears as a sidebar. Very handy, (I call the sidebar “This Month”). Now the sidebar content is not
    appearing on the home page – of http://www.nuclear-news.net
    Secondly – is there any other theme which has a sidebar operating in this way?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi, I was able to trace the problem to some invalid HTML in the following post:

    Germany – Learning lessons from Fukushima?

    If you visit the above post, you will notice that like the homepage it has no sidebar. If you edit the post, and then click on the “Text” tab in the upper right of the editor window.

    When you do, you will see the following line of code near the top:

    <div class="picBox medium<br /><br />
    ">

    Stay says the government is playing with fire...

    </div></blockquote>

    You just need to remove the divs, so it looks like this:

    Stay says the government is playing with fire...
    </blockquote>

    And that will fix the issue. Out of curiosity, how are you entering you blog text? Are you copying and pasting your text from an outside application like Microsoft Word?

    Hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
