sidebar disappeared

    Using Milk theme, my sidebar has disappeared. I’ve tried another theme, other browsers and machines and no success yet. I can post and edit but viewers can’t see pages on the blog.
    Does any one know how to fix this?

    If your widgets are still showing as in the sidebar when you go to appearance > widgets, then the likely cause is an open or malformed HTML tag in one of your posts.

    Go to settings > writing and select “WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically” and click “save changes.”

    Next open each post on your main blog page, make one minor change such as adding a space and then deleting it, and then click “update post. WordPress should automatically correct any HTML issues in the posts and fix the issue.

    Thanks to you thesacredpath. The widgets weren’t showing but I’ve tried it anyway. Nothing doing yet.
    Anyone other ideas welcome.
