Sidebar disappeared completely, help!

I searched through the forums and I found topics about sidebars reverting back to default and yada yada, but found nothing that addressed my problem. My sidebar is gone COMPLETELY, as in, there’s nothing there, just some blank space. I use IE7, but I also tried viewing it in FireFox and I could still not see it. All I see are my posts, but no sidebar. Please help!

Um… hmmm… Actually, I am having this problem. It was working last night and then I uploaded my header graphic and placed some text widgets in the sidebar. I had to change my css to add my header, so maybe I screwed it up? Perhaps, it is one of the new text/html pieces I placed in the sidebar? The sidebar still works in my main page but when I navigate to posts or other pages it disappears. I read something about validating my html on another trouble shooting page, but am unsure how to do this. Any errors will probably not be as apparent to me as I’m just learning wordpress.
Not sure what is up. Any help would be appreciated.
