Sidebar dropping to bottom of page

    I am having trouble finding a solution for my sidebar dropping to the bottom of the page (apparently as it should) on the ipad which looks unprofessional.
    How do you get the sidebar to run down the right hand side as per the desktop view?
    I am new to WordPress and don’t know CSS and only a little HTML so very much a novice here.

    The theme you are using (Sela) is a mobile-responsive theme, to it is designed to do just that, as you have guessed.

    The other side of the coin is that it is not easy to undo this behavior, as it’s really “baked in” to the theme, and will involve many extensive CSS code changes.

    Because these changes would be pretty involved, a bit beyond the scope of support here in the CSS forums, I’d recommend hiring a designer to help you with this, as it will involve several hours of work and testing.

    But, like @daschultemn I have to agree that this may not be the best idea. Given that Google considers mobile responsiveness a positive ranking factor, and you are essentially trying to remove it, this design change may have some negative consequences.

    Hi thanks for you help however I have managed to seek help and the following code has fixed the problem easily just in case anybody was wanting to know how to stop the sidebar from dropping to the bottom in the Sela theme.

    }

    float: right;
    margin: 0;

    }
    }
