we do not know how you want it to look or how it was before.
If you want to have the sidebar a little bit higher up, aligned at the top, I guess it’s the width of the header/headline that pushes it down. If it’s not that you want, I have no idea how to help you.

I’m guessing there is a padding either on the sidebar or on that annoying, flaming thingy at the top.

If you look at the flamey bar, you’ll see that the image of flames pokes out a bit on the right-hand side, beyond the frame. Make it narrower. Even if that’s not the cause of the problem, it IS a problem that should be fixed.

try emptying your cache … if you can’t see it and other’s think it’s fine, sometimes that will work
