  http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2012/05/19/sidebar-at-the-bottom-and-related-issues/ Even though it doesn’t show up on all platforms, you have to fix this anyway. It will only get worse over time if you don’t.

  Or you’re using a responsive layout theme, which is designed to turn the sidebar into a footer when viewed on mobile devices.
