  Another way to do it (if you want to use an image as a link to a page, rather than a link to the same image) would be something like this:

  <a href="http://wolfshowl.com"><img src="http://wolfshowl.com/images/tailrank.gif" border="0" width="100" alt="Test image link"></a>
