Sidebar in AutoFocus Theme
-
I am using the AutoFicus Theme for my Garden Reverie blog. I want my sidecar to be visible on my Posts but I cannot find a way to do that. It only shows up on the other Pages.
Thanks for your help. -
Well, smart spelling has tripped me up again. It is the AutoFOCUS Them and my SideBAR (not Sidecar!). Sorry

Hi there!
Sometimes autocorrect is not so helpful! :)
With the AutoFocus theme, the sidebar was designed to only show up on individual pages, not posts. Since this is a photography-focused theme, the post template was designed to be full-width with no sidebar to put the focus on your images. That means there is no setting to enable sidebars for the post pages.
I hope that clarifies things! Let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you. That is what I was afraid of. I love the look of this theme generally, though, I dislike the information (tags, etc) that are listed directly to the right of the content (it messes with the clean look if you ask me). I was hoping to be able to direct folks’ attention to other things in a sidebar on post pages so am disappointed that I can’t do that.
I appreciate your taking the time to respind to me!
