sidebar is way down at the bottom

  for some reason, my sidebar is only showing way down at the bottom of the page. please help!

  Are you referring to the blog with the Balloons theme on it?
  If so please read the theme description http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/balloons/ There is no sidebar on that theme. There are only footer widget areas.
