Sidebar links as Images

  Is it possible to make some links in the sidebar/nav bar link from images instead of text? I know how to do this with standard HTML tags, but I am not sure how it can work with CSS here – not sure if that is only an option with WordPress.org. Any ideas?

  We need a link to your wordpress.COM blog. And consider linking it in your user name as explained in the sticky, 8 Things, at the top of the forum.

  If you are hosted here, the question is what links are you referring to?
