  My widgets all disappeared and now it locked me out and says default sidebar.

  The blog linked to your wordpress.com username is not a wordpress.com blog. We provide support ONLY for bloggers who have free blogs hosted by wordpress.com and we run on different software than wordpress.org

  If you are self hosting a wordpress.org blog then the correct forum for you is http://wordpress.org/support/
