Sidebar missing when I click on individual posts.

Good day. I am new to WordPress and it’s taking me some time to get used to things.
When I’m at my homepage, I can see my sidebar.
https://cabrerawil.wordpress.com/But when I click on an individual post, my sidebar is missing.
Can anyone help me, pls? I know this is probably something very simple, but I can’t find anything that would make the sidebar appear.

Hi cabrerawil,
A sidebar isn’t displayed on individual posts with the Twenty Eleven theme. If you check the theme demo site, you’ll notice this behaviour is the same there:

Newer versions of this theme do display a sidebar on individual posts so this is an important feature, you could look at Twenty Fourteen and Twenty Sixteen.

On a side note, can you recommend a theme that allows me to upload an overall image header and at the same allows the sidebar to appear on all posts? Twenty Fourteen and Twenty Sixteen don’t seem to have header images.
