Sidebar Moved after New Post

  weird question…i put up my latest post…which contains 4 videos in it (not sure if relevant or not) and now all of a sudden the contents of my sidebar have shifted downwards. please help.

  The max width for images in unsleepable is 500 pixels, and the third post down has 500 pixels and then a large border around the image. I’m assuming that’s what is causing the problem.

  @justjennifer (“not loving the new knowledgebase so far”): Agree. I’ve tried searching for a few things as a test, and seen that if you don’t already know where something should belong, it may be difficult or impossible to unearth it. The FAQ search gives better results.

  And some of the new entries, that have now displaced the FAQ’s are woefully short on information. In some cases there is little more than the title. Still a work in progress I guess. Hopefully it does progress and not sit and languish in incompleteness.

  My sidebar just did the same thing. It was fine earlier but when I checked it just now, the second from the top post is in the sidebar and the sidebar widgets are at the bottom instead of the side. Help!!!

  Well, I found this post:

  Went to the top post, undid and redid the blockquote, took out some odd tags in the html (don’t know what they were and how they got there), and everything seems fine. I had copied text from the top post from a previous post on the same blog, so I would not have thought that would mess anything up, but I guess it did. But it seems fine now.
