Sidebar not adding widgets need to add PayPal

    Hello!

    I am having trouble adding widgets on the sidebar, nothing can be seen.

    And 2) I need to add my PayPal account onto the Blog.

    Please help.

    Where exactly are you expecting them to appear and not seeing them?

    It’s not possible to add a PayPal account on a blog. What exactly are you trying to do?

    If you want to add a PayPal Donate or Buy Now button, please note we only support the basic button without any customizations. You can find instructions how to set up that button here:

    Hi!

    The issue is that I cannot add new widgets onto the sidebar without it being hidden or not seen at all. :(

    Once that problem is solved, I will be using the solution of installing the PayPal button (Thanks for the link!).

    Hi, @jsf70,

    Let me see if I can help you, help kokkieh find the issue. :)

    If you could describe the process you are going through and where it seems to fail, that would be helpful to staff.

    Some things to identify that may expedite the process:
    – Are you using the wp-admin dashboard or the My Sites dashboard to add a widget?
    – Confirm that it is the addition of any widget.
    – What are the widget settings do you have?
    Example: there are visibility settings (Show/Hide).
    – If all this is good, maybe a Screenshot of what you are seeing would be helpful.

    Note: I know this may seem like a silly comment but sometimes the widget is simply added way at the bottom of the sidebar widgets and a simple scroll down will allow you to see it – then you may Reorder it as necessary (The Reorder option is at the very bottom of your widget list)

    I hope this helps you move the process along and that you find those widgets soon.

    To add widgets to the sidebar, you need to go to the Customizer. Click on My Sites, then click the Customize button next to Themes. Click on Widgets. Click on Add and select the widget you want from the list.

    As long as you don’t click on the widget’s visibility settings there’s no reason the widget shouldn’t appear.

    What widget are you trying to add that’s not appearing?

    I see you also have one widget added to the Bottom1 widget area. That widget area does not show on the front page of your site, but only on single posts and pages.
