Sidebar on Posts

    I’ve been trying to find the code to delete sidebars in posts. I want to delete META categories in my post. (includes Log In, Entries RSS, Comments RSS, WordPress.org)

    Hi there,

    On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

    If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/ instead.

    That said, it sounds like you’re referring to the Meta widget. Go to Appearance ->Widgets in WP-Admin, and you should be able to remove the widget there. WordPress is designed that you don’t have to do anything at all with the code for the vast majority of things you do on your site.
