sidebar on subpages

Is there a way to get the sidebar to appear on the pages and when someone opens a posts? Why is it only on the main page?

I want my readers to be able to see the options and links on the sidebar on every page.

    Thanks

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That is theme dependent. You will have to change your theme, but be aware that customizations are theme-specific, so you’ll have to redo your CSS changes.

The Twenty Eleven theme doesnt display widgets on individual posts when displayed on their own pages. CSS is theme specific. If you have custom CSS and later change themes, you need to delete whatever CSS you have in the Editor, otherwise, you’ll get undesired results. To ‘reset’ a theme, you need to delete the CSS in the Editor, (save it in a plain text editor), make sure the “add to existing CSS” radio button is checked, then save. Things should go back to normal.

The Twenty Eleven theme does have a page template that will allow you to show the sidebar on pages. To make it work, open the page for editing, find the “Page Attributes” box, select “Sidebar Template” in that box, and save the page.
