I would like my Testimonial page to use a full page template – I see the Dara Theme demo page has a side bar – which would suit me – but I can’t find how to do it! Please help. Sue

Hey Sue,
As you have already checked out the demo page, here is the link again just for reference,
https://wordpress.com/theme/dara
Take a look at the section that references ‘custom menus.’On your page open your customizer and look for that menu option. Click your primary menu and you should be able to add new items, including a link to a testimonials page. From here there is a bit more customization you can do, but I hope this gets you moving in the right direction.
Have a great day :)

Hi – I have set up the custom link in my main menu but the page comes up narrower – not as a full width or with sidebar. How do I customize that please? Sue

Hi suerado,
When you are on the page editor of the page that you want to set at ‘full width’, click the gear icon at the top of the screen and look for page attributes. From here you can make your desired change.
For further clarification check out this document.

Hi again – the Testimonials in Dara Theme are set up separately – there is no option like that as in setting up pages. Thanks for trying to help. Sue

Oh, I understand what you are saying now.
I see that the Testimonials have different options than the regular pages.
I am curious now to how or if what you want can be achieved without having to use some custom css.
I apologize for being no help to you.I am subscribing to this thread out of curiosity how to achieve what you want.
Once again, I am truly sorry that I was of no help.
I hope that You will be able to get what you are looking for. -
Hey tophatt29 – no need to apologise! I think it is css too – but I can’t find it! I will keep hunting. Thanks again, Sue
