sidebar, picture frames
-
I was using the “Silver is the New Black” theme, but the side bar got in the way. I wanted to have the entire screen from left to right for other things. I switched to the “Sandbox” theme and got the bar on top and bottom like I wanted, but now the pictures have frames. How can I remove the frames? If I can’t, how can I rearrange the sidebar on the “Silver” theme like it is on “Sandbox”? http://prettycelebrities.wordpress.com

hi there
i see no pictures
just names listed on the left hand side
wanted to see if i could help you with the frames
as i was getting blue frames around my thumbnails
in case it is this…….
NOT in visual mode!
[fist copy and paste your codes into notepad just incase]
add the pic to your editor
go to the end of the pics code string and
just before the[ a>] at the end of the string
you need to add
[space]borders=0[space this one is vital!]
then save and it sould be gone – the blue border in internet explorer – i use opera
but most of my clients use internet explorer unfortunately
goood luck! -
I went back to the “silver” theme, the frames are gone. I’m willing to compromise with the reduced space at the top of the page. Thanks for your help.

prettycelebrities hi there
are you aware that your link on this page is not activated
ie if you hold the curser over my name
1. its’ blue and turns green as it’s a link to my blog
2. my blog url shows up in a mini snapshot thingyours is black and de activated
to switch it on so others can go to yr site from here
go to
yr profile page
[not sure where to find that – eventually you’ll find it!make sure that your blog url is in the appropriate window
i discovered mine was empty and that was the reason it wasn’t working!
