Sidebar pushed down on homepage

  I’m trying to solve the issue of my sidebar being pushed down on my homepage: http://www.randomspecific.com

  It appears fine on post pages: http://www.randomspecific.com/dabbawallas-contained-coded

  I’ve tried a few suggested fixes but am hoping someone can take a look at what specifically might be going wrong. Please note, I’ma cut and paste coder and need tips on where to find the place I should be inserting code.

  the content in the ‘daily-needs’ post is somehow broken towards the end, in the ‘related posts’ section.
  double-check what you have entered there.

  Out of interest – how did you figure out that specific post contained an error?
