How to change the size of a sidebar in the Fortune theme?

Can you provide a link to an example of a page or post on your site with a sidebar? I spot-checked but every page and post I opened is full width.

Would you like to reduce or increase the sidebar? By about how much? Would you also like the width of the main column to adjust for the increase/decrease or remain the same size?

Could someone please help me with the sidebar too? I have removed it from my home page by using the CSS code

display: none;
}

.home #primary {
float: left;
min-height: 200px;
width: calc(100.777% – 10px);
}

I would like to remove it from a new page i added the ‘mastering manifestation’ page. I have used all different codes i have found and used the page ID and nothing seems to work i can’t figure it out :(

Hello Kathryn,

https://chumanscom.wordpress.com/about-us/ has a sidebar that is wider than I need it. I would like to decrease its size by 40% to 50% if that is not a bad idea. And, yes, I would like the main column to increase by the amount of decrease in the sidebar.

You can adjust the columns on the About page with something like this:
```
.page-id-353 .col-lg-8 {
    width: 75%;
}
.page-id-353 .col-lg-4 {
    width: 25%;
}
```
You can modify the numbers to whatever values you like, just keep the total at 100% for best results.

If you want to affect all pages instead of just the About, change the .page-id-353 part to just .page

A final question (hopefully): on my home page I need to change the color of the text the reads “Our Services.” How do I do that?

To change only “Our Services” try this:
```
.homepage-widgets .featured-page-one.widget .widget-title {
  color: #000000;
}
```
Change the colour code from black to whatever you like.
