Sidebar Tag Cloud widget not excluding tags?

  So, recently gotten into using wordpress again and was really happy that I found a way to list tags.

  But I’m having a problem with the excluding bit! Even though I put “test” and “ignore me” as excluded tags, they’re still showing up.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To have the tag cloud exclude certain tags, you need to enter the tag ID rather than the tag itself:

  Tag IDs, separated by commas

  The tag ID is a number, which you’ll find in the tags section:

  https://brilliantlosers.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=post_tag

  If you click the tag to edit it, you’ll find its ID in the URL. For example, the tag ID for your “test” tag is the number 8:
