Sidebar text showing up as “About” copy

  Hi. I’m new to WordPress, and am a technical dummy. I wanted to add text to the right sidebar, so I put a text widget in there, but the same text is also appearing under my “About” Tab, which I wanted to write something different for. Can you tell me how to resolve this?
