Sidebar title Pages.

  On sidebar my title PAGES. have duplicated all titles to a top bar above main blog page. How do I delete the set at top bar with both sets being lost.

  HELP.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Go to Appearance > Menus, click the cross to add a custom menu, type a name (say, “blank”), click Create Menu, click Save Menu. Select that menu from the pulldown in the Theme Locations module, click Save.

  I only want to delete the titles from the top of my post page but keep those on my sidebar under pages.
