sidebar under first row?

  Hi,
  Is it possible to force a right sidebar UNDER the first row of content on a WP page? See http://margolincom.com/test/home-test/
  I want the green-ish rectangular image to span across the width of the content, or 960 px. It can’t because the right sidebar is in the way. Would CSS enable me to move the sidebar down or force the image to expand across the page?
